How to maintain oxygen level at home naturally
Updated: Sep 5, 2021
Keep the rooms properly ventilated: Open all the doors and windows so that fresh air (containing oxygen) can come inside and polluted air (containing carbon dioxide) can move out of the house from time to time.
Grow indoor plants: Plants are the best friends that humans can have. They also help in keeping our indoor environment clean by absorbing carbon dioxide inside themselves and in return providing us with fresh oxygen.
Go for short walks: Short walks also provide us fresh air. Walking also benefits us in other ways like reducing stress, refreshing our mind and good sleep.
Quit smoking: Excessive smoking constricts our blood vessels, so that less oxygen is supplied to our body. So, one should try to reduce or quit smoking.
Include diet containing antioxidants: Try to include nuts (walnuts, almonds), berries (blackberries, blueberries), seeds (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds), which allow the body to use oxygen more efficently.
