Orange and pomegranate juice: Take 6 oranges and 3 pomegranates. Put them in the citrus juicer and squeeze out the juice. Add some black salt and the juice is ready to serve. Pomegranates and oranges are rich in Vitamin C.
Pomegranates are also rich in iron and iron is best absorbed with Vitamin C. The juice not only detoxifies the liver but it also increases the immunity.
Beetroot, carrot, spinach, tomatoes and ginger juice: Beetroot is sweet but is not as palatable as orange or apple juice. If it is combined with other ingredients, it becomes palatable and tastes delicious. Take 1 medium sized beetroot, 2 medium sized carrots, 150 gm spinach, 2 medium tomatoes and half inch ginger. Blend them in blender, strain and serve with black salt and black pepper. Carrots contain Vitamin A, which promotes healthy vision and reduces the chances of developing age related problems like cataract and macular degeneration.
Beetroot is a great detoxifier and supports healthy liver function. Tomatoes contain Vitamin C, which reduces skin pigmentation, promotes collagen formation and provides healthy and glowing skin. Moreover, beetroot and spinach contains iron, which is easily absorbed with Vitamin C. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties.
For maximum benefits, juices should be consumed immediately so that the nutrients are not destroyed.
